Train HP

HP is your cushion against tsunami damage and unlocks access to advanced training zones in some versions. Unlike Luck — which is temporary from doors — HP represents permanent survivability through pads and upgrades. Undertrained players respawn more often than they hatch.

Standing on marked HP pads grants health per second. Higher-tier pads unlock through coins, rebirth, or zone requirements listed on the Map. Position your character in the center of the pad — standing near the edge may pause gains in some versions.

AFK training works, but relocate pads away from flood paths — tsunamis hit idle players in low zones. Choose elevated pad locations when possible.

Coin and gem upgrades in HP categories raise pad rate, Max HP cap, and post-wave recovery. Priorities are covered in HP Training Upgrades and Best Upgrades.

Some Squishies boost HP passively — cross-reference the Tier List for pets alongside pure luck builds.

Early game: split 50/50 between doors and pads until tsunamis no longer one-shot you. Mid game: prioritize luck before rare hatch sessions, then spend coins on HP during downtime. Late game: max both — Mythic hunts need luck stacks and survival margin for uninterrupted sessions.
