How to Train HP

HP is your cushion against tsunami damage and sometimes gates access to advanced training zones. Unlike luck — which spikes temporarily from doors — HP represents permanent survivability when invested through pads and upgrades. Under-trained players spend more time respawning than hatching.

Stand on labeled HP pads to gain health per second. Higher-tier pads unlock as you meet coin, rebirth, or zone requirements shown on the Map. Position your character at the pad center; edge standing may pause gains in some versions.

AFK training works but relocate pads away from flood paths — tsunamis still damage idle players in low zones. Pair AFK with elevated pad locations when available.

Coin and gem upgrades under HP categories increase pad rate, max HP cap, and post-wave recovery speed. Priority details live on HP Training Upgrades and the broader Best Upgrades list.

Some squishies boost HP passives — cross-reference Tier List for pets that complement pad training rather than pure luck builds.

Early game: split time 50/50 between doors and pads until tsunamis stop one-shotting you. Mid game: bias toward luck before rare hatch sessions, then dump coins into HP during downtime. Late game: max both — Mythic hunts need luck stacks and survival margin for uninterrupted sessions.
